Disputing a transaction can coerce a merchant to return the money you paid out if they can’t prove they’ve furnished the product or predicted services. It’s unlikely they’ll return your money Unless of course they sense remorse for thieving from you. (Which is extremely unbelievable!) there isn't any way to be sure a transaction recipient
